Review on πŸ’» TeckNet Laptop Cooling Pad: USB Powered Quiet Gaming Notebook Cooler Stand with 5 Fans and Blue LED Lights for MacBook Pro (12"-17") by Vinay Mickel

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great fan for the price.

Summary: You get what you pay for. At only $25 this is a very good deal. Five fans blowing to keep your laptop cool is a no-brainer, especially when your computer has been around for years. Two things hinder this: the material of the frame and the inability to easily remove the top to clean and/or replace the fans. Overall I would give the product 3.5/5 stars. Full Rating: Good: Variable fan speed. The ability to adjust the fan speed is ideal. I rarely have to turn it up to 11, but it's convenient to adjust as needed. - Adjustable height - Enough natural buoyancy provided by the fan as a platform; However, the ability to control the setting is a nice added bonus. -- Stylish: Blue LED lights *put on sunglasses* cool. - Size: Big enough for my car but not too bulky. Fits comfortably in my laptop bag. Ultralight.--Cooling: So far, it's doing an excellent job of keeping my car cool. Removed a large load from my internal fan. The bad: Even on the lowest settings, the fan is still audible. I wouldn't call this fan loud, but you can't call it quiet either. While I like the blue LED, it would be nice if there were multiple color settings. Ugly: The plastic case feels cheap and flimsy. I understand this was part of the design; However, there are stronger and lighter plastics. **A NOTICE. I understand the choice of material helps keep the price down. What is impractical is that the upper part cannot be removed. I want to be able to easily replace or clean the fans without blowing cold air through the grille.
