Great holder. I didn't use the dash mount as I don't want to attach anything to the inside of my car. The suction works great if you CLEAN your windshield thoroughly before sticking. Full tilt and swivel functionality helps position my Samsung Note 3 in any desired position, be it portrait or landscape for navigation. I installed it just below my rearview mirror and had no trouble seeing the road and seeing incoming messages or GPS while driving. Don't turn your head or take your eyes off the road. Checking the rearview mirror takes as much time as how much to check the phone. (they are almost the same size) I can charge my phone in the dock without having to kink the charging cable. The dock is solid enough that I can touch and manipulate the physical buttons without disrupting the dock's placement. The spring-loaded mechanism also ensures a solid assembly. All in all one of the best phone mounts/docks I have personally seen and used. I would recommend this to anyone with a screen larger than 5 inches.
