THIS PRODUCT IS SO CHEAP. I wish zero stars was an option because that is the rating this product/shop deserves. Immediately after trying to deploy it, I realized it was going to be difficult to work with. When you roll it out, you can be as tender as possible and it will still wrinkle and start to pull away from its base. I even asked other people to roll it out and they couldn't even get it! I'll attach an image so you can see what happens when you expand it. After I had about three inches of free space, I cut it and laid it on the Cricut mat as usual. As my Cricut cut out the letters, my vinyl started peeling off the backing and wrinkling them. When I tried to remove the extra vinyl and leave my letters behind, getting them to stay on the back was almost impossible! I tried holding the letters with my tool while carefully pulling them out, but even that didn't work. I've never had a vinyl that I've had so many problems with. Most of my emails didn't arrive (which was both annoying and pointless), but I was curious to see how well it would stick to the glass. I went through my usual transfer procedure and although I thought everything was going fine, my letters started piling up, as soon as I tried to tear the transfer tape off the glass, leaving bumps and creases. Some of the letters didn't even stick to the glass. I've made my fair share of custom wine glasses and never had this problem. My Cricut is the new Explore Air 2 with a new blade. I used the recommended mat which was also brand new and it still didn't work. This product is so cheap and difficult to work with, don't buy it! It's a waste of your money, especially since the company that made it doesn't seem to allow returns/refunds. The company is cheap both in terms of product and money as they don't refund money but low quality products. Extremely disappointed and upset that I spent over $7 on this when I should have just spent that money on Cricut or Oracle branded vinyl as usual. I will never endorse this business again and you all should save your money and buy from a better quality brand. especially since the company that ships it doesn't seem to allow returns/refunds.
