Review on GovDelivery Communications Cloud by James Pope

I like that this software has helped us to streamline our workflow, it is very easy to use especially if you are familiar with other communication platforms.

The only thing i dislike about this product is that sometimes when we have an important announcement or event, there seems to be delays in getting information out to people. This can get frustrating as everyone wants to know what's going on! So far so good though. We've been able to streamline all of our internal communication which means less time wasted sending emails back and forth between different departments.
