Installed quickly with just a wrench. I went back and rotated the shower pipe 180 degrees so it was pointing up instead of down to give the shower head a little more height. Everything works as promised. I wish it was a little further, the 13.5" extension is good and way better than most others I've looked at, but I've just ordered a 10" extension and a shower head support rod to go around to push them onto another. 10 inches or so, that should get me about the middle of the tub. The device looks good, feels comfortable and is durable. I recommend it without hesitation for a quick and easy shower transformation!
