Review on Kohler Awaken Multi-Function Handshower with Slide Bar Kit, Polished Chrome, 27.50 x 3.75 x 2.50 inches by Elizabeth Morrison

The light plastic rod's polished nickel finish was good. The finish of the same lightweight phone was also perfect. The phone is plastic but of good quality. Now for the hose. The plastic tubing was awful and hard. I'm not a fan of plastic hoses, they are always too stiff and therefore sit far away from the wall and always have to be twisted to get the hose where you want it. The steel hose is what I expected (especially given the price and the brand). I had to buy a new hose at a local store for $30 more. Hope that helps.
