Shower head gives good spray but overall not happy with the product. The instructions weren't very clear - had to be constantly adjusted to get the bar to fit properly. There was no explanation/diagram showing how to unbolt and adjust the bar holders to fit the 24" pre-drilled holes. The light plastic rod's polished nickel finish was good. The finish of the same lightweight phone was also perfect. The phone is plastic but of good quality. Now for the hose. The plastic tubing was awful and hard. I'm not a fan of plastic hoses, they are always too stiff and therefore sit far away from the wall and always have to be twisted to get the hose where you want it. This was the only decent looking slide rail system I could find with adjustable brackets so I could install it in place of the old system. The old slider system was also Kohler which was about 10+ years old and felt very loose and also looked dated and bulky. This is a nice shower rail shower system that works well and is easy to install. Installation: At first I was concerned. Drilling about two holes in a tile exactly 24 inches apart as the drill bits invariably tend to wander around the tile a bit, but that didn't matter as the spacing of the slider mounts on this unit is adjustable.
