Review on Kohler Awaken Multi-Function Handshower with Slide Bar Kit, Polished Chrome, 27.50 x 3.75 x 2.50 inches by Gloria Jones

I have a terrible habit of ordering hundreds of items from Revain but only write a review when I'm disappointed. I was sure it was empty. To my surprise it wasn't. The brushed nickel finish of the featherweight plastic holder was immaculate. The finish of the same lightweight tube was also perfect. (see photo). I hate plastic hoses, they're always too stiff so they sit far away from the wall and have to be twisted all the time to get the hose where you want it. The steel hose with rings is what I expected (especially given the price and the brand). Deeply disappointed.
