I like that it is easy for my team members who are not tech savvy or experts at using technology in general - they can use KENYT without having technical knowledge of how things work! And when you do need someone with more experience/knowledge about something specific within our platform there's always help available from either their live agents via chatbot (or by email if needed). So far we have been able solve pretty much any problem related specifically around communication between us as an organisation but also internally amongst teams working together through one unified solution which has saved time so many times over!! Nothing yet really comes up where i feel would be impossible / too difficult etc though maybe this could change depending upon your needs? It does require some initial investment into getting setup initially however once set everything runs very smoothly & efficiently allowing me focus 100% onto what matters most being solving problems rather than spending all day dealing directly.
