Used to install a new 27" monitor on my 34" panel, both are quite heavy. There are no complaints about the product, it is well packaged, the installation / assembly is direct. It was a bit tricky getting everything back in place and tightening properly, especially as everything was very heavy (I recommend pulling your table out of the wall during installation, it would be easier if I took the time to do so would). just needed some patience. Once you have everything in place, it's easy to adjust the placement to your liking or between different states (e.g. raise for a vertical orientation or rotate to show a different part of the room). I definitely recommend this product.
