I use Heyedrate Eye & Lash Cleanser which I love for its amazing hydration and effective yet gentle cleansing. But it comes in spray form. I bought Novwipes to use with Heyedrate but the wipes absorb too much Heyedrate. While I will continue to buy Heyedrate, I am looking for pre-moistened wipes that are individually sealed in pouches. I opted for dr. Fischer Purified Cleansing Wipes after reading that they contain B vitamins and chamomile and are designed to treat common eye problems and keep the eyelids and lashes hygienic. When using the tissue paper I was disappointed with its viscosity and the fact that it leaves a slight residue which may be due to glycerin or various types of sugar. So I looked for the ingredients on the box and found the ingredients in lowercase at the bottom. There was glycerin! Although glycerin is a humectant, it attracts water from a nearby spring. It could be out of nowhere. He can draw water from his skin to himself. The glycerin can then have different viscosities. The best moisturizing ingredient would be hyaluronic acid. I will not use products that contain glycerin because I don't want it to stay in my pores. Therefore I will unfortunately be returning these cleaning wipes.
