Filters cause low suction
I had the same problems as the other reviewer. I have replaced the filter with one when these are new and after using my machine a few times there was almost no suction and no liquid pooling. And after using it, it ran all over my floor. I put another one in as I have two and now the suction is fine. I've tried cleaning and reseating another filter and again very poor suction. The rollers are ok, but I'm not satisfied with the filters.
