Review on Centiva by Kris Feezy

I like how quickly you can get your information into our system, as well as access all of it once we are in there! It is easy to navigate through when searching for specific documents or invoices that need attention. The customer service team has been very helpful with any questions/concerns i have had throughout my time at this software company. There isn't anything about centiva's program that I dislike so far. If they would just make some changes here and there (like adding more options), then everything will be perfect. We use their billing platform primarily but also utilize them during tax season because of ease of entry and retrieval from previous years' data.
