My boyfriend and I spend a lot of time on the computer preparing for class and grading, and often work late into the night. When I saw them I thought they would make a great "stocking filler" for the holidays and she was grateful! They really do take some getting used to as the frames are so flexible that when you take your glasses off they start to fold and sometimes get caught in your hair or nostrils.
