I ordered a phone from the seller because I thought it would be compatible with my phone system. When I found that after plugging it in it wasn't, I tried to return it. Revane did little to help me get my phone back. When I contacted Revain they said they didn't need to contact me by phone, which they did. voicemail. I have only ever been able to get one voicemail message from the seller. The voicemail for the returns department indicated that I should leave a voice message and the seller would contact me, which I did. None of the salespeople answered my calls. I was also unable to contact the seller to return this item after purchase. Revan didn't want to help me. Who wants to buy a phone!
