I use several hundred of these at work. These phones work great. The only time I have trouble with it is when an employee breaks it. Usually drops the phone or spills something on it. Otherwise a very reliable device.

There was one "review" at the time of publication. This person apparently thought you could just plug this phone into a regular phone line (what a clown)! This is of course a corporate phone system, so you need a PBX line (not a regular phone line) for it to work. As long as you have or have installed a PBX line, you will love this phone. +++ everywhere!

Reading some reviews I noticed that some of you don't understand that a digital phone is not the phone you use at home and it will NOT work with one analog signal you have at home.
