Overall a good product, one of the few that really keeps the iPad Pro with a big screen. The bracket that holds the device could have been a bit firmer on the stand, but it works. I actually canceled this order because it was supposed to take too long and I needed it sooner. it has already been sent. Upon arrival the seller worked with me and provided good customer service. Also, many sellers don't respond when you contact them! Thank you!
