Review on Stainless Steel Chalkboard Fermenting Beverage Dispenser by Chris Russell
Solidly made, the glass is thick, the pipe seems to be made of high quality stainless steel.
I appreciate the fact that this jar is square so it takes up less space than a 2 gallon round jar. In addition, the square shape enables better utilization of the heating tape. And the stainless steel spigot has quality construction. It seems this is a good setting for making kombucha. I'll find out next week or so.
