We have been ordering these gummies from Amazon for a number of years and have had no problems. These chewing gums help our dog a lot. They should be very moist, dark in color and have a characteristic odor. I ordered 240 last week and they arrived almost white and crumbly. ROUGH. I attributed it to a bad batch, sent it back and ordered two smaller boxes hoping they were ok. nope They look like they've been lying openly on some shelf for years and smell completely different. While this supplier has been fine in the past, I can no longer waste my time sending a poor quality product back and forth. I suggest finding another seller if you need this product. ****Edit: We ordered this product elsewhere and encountered the same issue. My vet said that this line of products (G3 and G4) was discontinued and Dasuquin should be used instead.
