Edit: The seller contacted and offered to send a replacement for free to solve the problem. The replacement unit works great, so I've adjusted my review accordingly. Customer service was very nice. Many Thanks. I have had this charger since August 2020. It is June 2021 and the wireless charger is completely unusable. Every now and then I would wake up in the morning and my phone would be dead or not charged. I blamed it on my own fault. Maybe I misunderstood and didn't pay attention to the light. (it will glow blue and the phone will indicate that it is charging). What I didn't realize was that he was doing what he's doing now all the time. Shows blue and loading. then after an indefinite time it changes to flashing red. A week or two ago. it will happen in the middle of the night. Now I find it impossible to charge it for more than a few seconds at a time. As I write this. it went from red to blue and back twice on its own. I tried it without the lid. and my phone works fine with other chargers. That issue aside, the watch stand works well with Apple's proprietary cable. The AirPods part charges my AirPods Pro, but they don't fit in as well as regular AirPods I believe. they are just flat over the stand against the cable. A mount is just a mount with some sort of cable organizer/bracket. I passed my iPad through and a second iPhone cable for my main phone. although I never put the phone on it myself. I put my 11 inch iPad in it and it's technically fine to charge it, but I keep my magic keyboard on it and half the time I can't get it out. All in all, if the wireless charging station part worked, this would be a beautiful, super functional charging station. but at the same time in such a state. especially soon. I recommend a different model.
