Soft fleece material
Great fleece inside out, but on the all black the waist band is so wimpy when you bend your knee it pulls down your pants. Also foot openings tight without any give. The style with same color waist band as pockets( more expensive) stays on much better and has better leg openings. I am 5 '4, got xs, good fit otherwise. If the price improves, will get more of the better ones.
