Review on Fox Run 4675 Bread Warmer by Jason Richardson

I read the product review before purchasing and there was a very brief description of how someone used it. There were no instructions included with the product itself. To try it out, I microwaved it right out of the box and tested it in a tortilla warmer. The heat didn't last long. Interestingly, does it need to be soaked in water before heating (by analogy with a candy bear)? I was looking forward to a nice solution to keep my tortillas warmer longer in my family dinner tortilla without having to constantly get up during the meal to get a new warm tortilla. It doesn't seem to deliver what it promises when I've tested it properly. I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. Not to mention it came in damaged/opened packaging as if someone had opened it before.
