Good Not very good
This is a good paper cutter. It's small, portable and lightweight. BUT it is not very accurate and the measurement tools printed on it are not designed for ease of use. The cutting tool vibrates, which can lead to wavy and inaccurate cuts. So keep that in mind if you need precise work. But for my art projects at home, it gets the job done. If you need a cutter for school or fun, buy one. If you need it for work,
