My car didn't have rear window lifting legs so they had to be retrofitted immediately. Despite the lack of instructions, they were easy to assemble. Directions would be nice just to know exactly which end was up and down. Again, I didn't have the old set, so I wasn't 100% sure which path was up. They have loosened a bit over time as they were very tight straight out of the box but they are perfect especially for the price. I will definitely buy again if I need another set.
