There is definitely something wrong with this tablet
I've had this tablet for 2 weeks and today it shut down completely. I charged the battery and tried to turn it on several times but it won't turn on. The battery life is great, everything else works wonderfully to this day. Regarding recommendations for this product, no, I wouldn't. The price is too high for a tablet that only lasts 2 weeks. Not at all satisfied.
