Review on 🔧 Rathburn Ring Stretcher - 6-1/2" - High-Quality Tool from SFC Tools - 48-135 by Linda Diaz

I was able to stretch the ring about 1.5 sizes. Based on some other reviews I did this slowly over several days. Since my ring is quite wide, I had to keep flipping it - it's wider than each step on this mandrel. However, because the slots in the mandrel are not polished after cutting, they have sharp edges. This results in a whole series of deep scratches on the inside of the ring. I didn't realize this was happening until I finished resizing. In my case it's not that important, but it will definitely ruin any inscription. Scratches are clearly visible to the eye, but difficult to photograph. You can see them in the attached photo.
