Good product. Does what it should. Many people are confused when assembling and the instructions are quite difficult to read; I'll try to explain. The studded plastic cover on the bottom slides up and down to access the rasp or razor while the trigger is depressed. The razor consists of 3 components: the razor, the main body that you hold, and the slide that holds the razor. To remove the razor, slide the razor along the sides with the protruding metal tabs and slide down toward the handle. To reassemble, you need to put the razor in the small holder, then put the holder in the main body and slide it up. The razor's head is not bi-directional, so when you have assembled the razor and the razor is not protruding, rotate the head 180 degrees.
