Disappointing Ink for Arts and Crafts

I recently tried a lavender ink pad for stamping in my scrapbooking projects .Through trial and error, I found that the ink doesn't dry as quickly as I hoped, resulting in smudging and smearing on my pages. While the color is beautiful when it finally dries, the smudging makes it difficult to use. The only positive is that the ink is resistant to fading over time. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product for stamping in the Arts and Crafts world..
