, so I bought it to use with my 3xl pixel. It didn't fit 1/4 inch and didn't allow full rotation when my phone was in its protective case. I bought a thinner case so I don't have to put my phone in a rotating device without protection. The setup, how to connect the app to the phone, as well as calibrating the device were well explained in the manual that came with it. It's great to keep a steady camera for videos of that hike or that panorama you like to capture from a mountaintop. All the commands used by the gimbal are included in the manual and are pretty simple. Happy with my purchase.
