Worked for about two or three weeks and I've probably only used it 3.4 times, after that the inflator stopped working. I contacted the seller and he gave me the option to get a refund or work with his tech support. I decided to wait and see what happens with tech support because the product is unique and I would like to have a working one that could help my head. So I waited and contacted support with a few meaningless messages but no real technical support. ever been involved and now i'm angry. Should have sent the unit back when the seller made the first offer.
