These are the perfect socks for my son's figure. The dress code states that brown or black socks must be paired with brown or black shoes and since he wears brown shoes I had to go for those. I was surprised that I have such a hard time finding brown socks for kids. I found several packages that contained 1 pair of brown and 2+ pairs of black socks. This won't work for me. It was the perfect package. I bought these for my son who wears size 12/13 shoes. When they arrived I thought I'd send them back because they were so big, but I tried them on and after one wash they fit really well. The only thing I don't like is that they don't last as long as I'd like. The upper elastic part of the sock already shows signs of wear. He will wear them for the remainder of the school year, but is disappointed that they began to fall apart less than halfway through the school year. They are comfortable and soft. My son likes them.
