Past Best By Date for my opinion

I received this yesterday, May 18th and have not used yet but I am writing the review to say that I the bottle states a 2 year shelf life but it says best buy 04/2020. If I had paid more than $2 for it, I would be requesting a refund. As for the scent, it is not awful but I am not in love with it. It reminds me of something I'd smell on a great aunt at Christmas Dinner.

This is a perfect toner for the face and body, but also for the hair. I have already tried a few rosewater sprays, but I like this the best because it is pure rose water and contains nothing else.I use it in the morning, before applying any other facial creme and in the evening after removing my make-up. Best after taking a shower! It makes my skin shiny and it''s not sticky.Pleasant smell, so I am satisfied!
