I bought this U-shaped toothbrush for my daughter who has bad teeth and has trouble sticking to her brushing schedule. It will turn off automatically after 30 seconds, but you can just press the button to continue cleaning. She uses this brush every day in addition to her regular electric toothbrush. She likes the new brush, it's very soft. She can use it while reading. With hundreds of tiny silicone bristles, she feels her teeth are super clean after brushing. However, it uses a lot more toothpaste than a traditional toothbrush.
