Great product, misspelling of name
Ordered twice, only received one skein both times when there should have been 12 skeins per order. To be honest the title of the list was wrong, the title didn't say 12 strands and I doubt those who filled the orders opened the lists to see the details. The second time I contacted them via chat instead of email and he went through the posts and then pulled them out until they could correct the wording. I hope they fixed that and happy to sell a lot of embroidery floss. If the customer service was outstanding I would give it five stars as the product itself was perfect, the order quantity confusion was not a one off thing although there are many others who have had the same problem.
