Good quality BUT expensive for helium
Great quality and cute balloons but you have to pay $40-50 to either buy enough helium to fill the balloons or fill them with helium for $1 for the small ball to fill, $2.50 for the small mylar, and $5 for the large number ball. so it actually turns out an investment of about $ 60 :).
