The handle is broken, fits the seat cushions

With Velcro for folding for easy transport. When it arrived, one side of this velcro was just hanging by a thread, not sewn into a seam. You take out the insert to heat it in the microwave. The instructions are on the product itself so you don't have to keep the packaging which is great. The insert gets very hot! So you have to use hot pads or something to hold it and manipulate it back into the lid. Still warm after 2 1/2 hours. I haven't tried cooling yet.
