One of the first drives on which TLC 3D NAND technology was tested, and I must say that it turned out relatively well. And the price for them is not high, and the performance for domestic needs is quite normal. There is a buffer for writing, which gives stable writing and reading within a given amount of data. I try to keep the data permanent on it, without frequent rewriting, so as not to load the same cells. And just do not fill it completely, then a stable reading speed is maintained without excessive buffering.
