Sore neck, no relief

When I tried this product, I expected it to provide a comfortable sleeping experience, but I was disappointed .I woke up with a sore neck every morning, and the pillows didn`t provide any relief. The only positive is that they are hypoallergenic, but that doesn't make up for the lack of comfort and support..

Pros

Hypoallergenic material may reduce the risk of allergic reactions.

Cons

Pillows may lose shape over time due to being shredded.
