These egg rings are great for the kitchen. They hold exactly 1/3 cup egg white (or a whole egg). They are easy to clean and store. I recommend them to everyone if you know the following: 1) You're small. I didn't take a tape measure and try to visually estimate it before buying, but they look small on a bagel. They're exactly the size of a frozen sausage patty (I put one right on top of an Applegate Farms chicken patty and they were made for each other). 2) The small handle gets hot. I don't really have anything to hold those little hands in the middle of cooking so my hands just keep on burning. I can still handle it, albeit a little uncomfortable. 3) You really need to lubricate the inside of the ring. For someone like me trying to keep track of their oil intake, that means holding it over the sink and spraying Pam on it. It's ok but it still gets stuck a bit and my lathe is too big to fit in the center so I get up and fight until I finally reach for a small spatula that works a little better and off it helps the ring. 4) I want the handle to be reversible. If I could take this bad boy and just flip him over and fry on both sides, I'd figure out how to let him go when he's done cooking, and I don't do it on a hot pan. Overall a great purchase and they come in handy!
