I ordered sets for children for the New Year and just tried to put four of them on my hands. I rubbed rubbing alcohol on her hands to make sure they were free of dirt and oil, made sure they were dry, then carefully followed the directions. One tattoo was 2/3 stick, the other about half stick and two weren't sticky at all. CHECK OUT THE RELATED REVIEWS! I'm not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from other than some of them saying they're nice but saying nothing about their actual use.
