Perfect solution & wonderful customer support

The fact of being able to see all your activity from my dashboard really makes things easier for me as I'm managing our accounts/newsletters etc.

It's great having someone who knows what it takes, and understands clients' needs when working together! When you send something out through their platform - sometimes if it isn't exactly right or doesn't have enough information written clearly enough - then nothing happens because they don't know (or can't find) what went wrong with the email. Sometimes emails are sent multiple times within seconds so this could cause confusion, but maybe this was down to the client sending an incorrect template? Or perhaps just bad internet connection at one point?! We've had very few issues since starting using them though! They're also fantastic people who care deeply about providing excellent service every time which means everything runs smoothly. A lot more work has been saved thanks to these guys; no need to do anything manually any.
