The best thing about this firm is that they are very professional at what it does; I have not had any issues with them yet! They do all of our media buys for us so we don't need an agency anymore (which was my only issue). Sometimes you get people who aren't as knowledgeable or willing/able to work within your budget but their team has been great thus far.
