The best thing about this firm is that they are very professional at what it does; I have not had any issues with them yet! They do all of our media buys for us so we don't need an agency anymore (which was my only issue).

Sometimes you get people who aren't as knowledgeable or willing/able to work within your budget but their team has been great thus far. We use MCO's mostly because there isn’t anything else out here like how big agencies can be - plus since its just one person working alone she knows exactly where everything needs to go without having someone tell her otherwise which saves time & money overall. If anyone wants help setting up social accounts such as Facebook pages then definitely reach out cause I know these guys will make sure things run smoothly once set ups happen!
