Review on Merrell Move Glove Black 9 by Mariqn Carey

Some reviews said they got a paperback instead of the advertised Dragon Fly in Teal Merrell boots. Please note that this is misleading advertising. I tried to make sure my order was for shoes. The price is listed as $26 plus change. I expect to get these Merrell Dragon Fly Teal shoes in size 9.5 which was the only size left. The reason for ordering a 9.5 is that I bought a black genuine leather glove last year that has run out. Toes were uncomfortable and sore after wearing size 9. Thinking they would stretch was a mistake as they didn't. Spending over $100 on shoes I only wear occasionally that don't fit properly is disappointing for any product. Customer service could not contact the human representative and then called customer service, could not understand a word. The shoes were never replaced awaiting a response from the manufacturer who never responded to my complaint about the shoes. I was so disappointed in Merrells after they never submitted a return form. I've now ordered the Teal Dragon Fly and read that some customers received a paperback which doesn't make sense as Merrell doesn't sell books. burden on the company. I will remove this review once I am happy with the shoes or it will be left to other buyers to beware of Merrell products and customer service. I would like the company to contact me. Please?
