The customer service is great at Minotaur; they continue to come up new features that help us grow our business, keep it cost efficient with better quality products! Nothing bad I can say, we love how Minutian keeps improving over time and adding newer modules or other services. We use every module of it from accounts receivable through production scheduling & purchasing. It's a very modern system. It has a lot of features and functionality. It's easy to use for both employees and customers. It's also very easy to integrate with 3rd party systems. The customer support is excellent. I've never had a problem with Minotaur. I've been using it for over a year now, and I've never had a problem. If you're looking for a modern and easy to use system, look no further. I've been able to streamline processes and make the business more efficient.
