that I had opened the box when I received it and couldn't tell WHAT black packaging was which color. I could not find any of the 4 printed labels to tell which color is which. The box they came in was secure and prevented the cartridge from being thrown around. The price is great and saves me $$$ since I use toner like water. UPDATED 7/4, I have since bought a second set of toners and the packaging has been greatly improved, each toner is well labeled and well packaged to prevent spillage or damage. I get as much value from a single cartridge as if I bought an OEM. No error messages. I really wish they would offer a return label for the packaging so I have the option to return used toner cartridges for recycling.
