I've owned several different headsets over the years. This one looked promising but fell off in a few places. The first and biggest problem is that the volume is not loud enough here. I can hear well, but the maximum volume is set too low. The other problem is minor. With other TVs I've had, you'll hear instructions during the pairing process, or when you turn it on you'll hear a connection confirmation and the remaining battery life. You won't get it with them. Just a beep. The headset does everything it's supposed to, just not as well as I expected. The packaging was very good. The battery life is very good. The sound quality is pretty good too. It just isn't loud enough and doesn't have the features I've used in Bluetooth headsets for the past 6 years.
