Okay, I was prepared for the maker's designation "aqua" to look a little bluer or a little greener, my eyes, but this watch absolutely is, definitely GREEN, not aqua, not turquoise, not blue, not blue-green, not gray-blue, but GREEN. That's fine if you're looking for a green watch, but if you want it to be really teal or teal, or even lean towards blue, this isn't for you. Color FLAT, MATT, GREEN. It also looks a little smaller than shown in the photo and description. Still, they're attractive and have a rustic charm, especially if you like GREEN. I won't be keeping them so I can't comment on how well they keep time or not, but they're not a bad watch. if the color works for you. If so, it will look great on a mantel, bookshelf, or table. It's not huge, but definitely big. As for the price, I think it's too high. In fact, I'd say it might be $30 with free shipping, but not much more. I am so disappointed. 3 stars out of 5 because of the color and the need to return it. If it was celadon, turquoise etc and if it kept accurate time (I did NOT check it for timing) I would give it 4 stars. I wouldn't give a 5 because I think it's overpriced. Seller must amend the color description and take accurate photos to show how it actually looks. After reading all the reviews I think there have been batch color changes over the years. This is not unusual for fabrics, for example. If you're buying fabric to restore a couple of chairs but only want to make one chair at a time with plenty of space between them, that's fine, but make sure you order ALL the fabric you need ahead of time, as there are six Months or more than a year later there will likely be color changes and your chairs will not match the new fabric. It looks like that applies to this watch as well. They were probably more aqua/turquoise to begin with as the pictures show, but at the moment they are GREEN due to party color changes. The last thing to mention is that the watch was shipped in a box with almost no packaging. I added more bubble wrap and a ton of styrofoam peanuts to protect it on the way back. This is Revain's fault, not the manufacturer's. Revane, your shipping department needs to pack better for safe travel.
