Backpack strap broke on first use

Very upset about this; Took it out today (08/08/2022) for first use on my 2021 Scout Bobber Twenty. On the bike, the bag was fine: there were no problems with the magnets. I didn't use a seat belt because I don't like things wrapping around my tree to keep it folded. Once at work I installed the straps to wear as a backpack. I wore my helmet; The bag contained only my gloves, a binder, a binder and my water bottle. When I got back to the bike the shoulder strap broke as shown in the picture. I was so angry I threw the strap in the trash when I got back to the bike. I put my bag back on my bike and ride home. Does it work as a tank bag? Yes. Can it take a lot? It seems, although I didn't load much into it today. I have no idea about waterproofing or long-term reliability. I probably can't return it due to my little 'instant moment' but that's ok...this is the 3rd or 4th purchase I've made from Revain in a while that the box looked like she would be on her way through Kabul. And maybe that's what happened with the bag, I don't know. What I do know for sure is that I bought my latest motorcycle accessories from Revain... I'm going to Revzilla from now on.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
