I bought it for an iPhone 7. At first I couldn't open the case to install the phone until I accidentally discovered that the rubber/vinyl ring you see next to the hard plastic on the faceplate actually sits in a groove on that faceplate. In fact, I had to take a nail and free it from the grove. When I did, I found the installation instructions inside the case. I even tried to find instructions or videos on the website but there is nothing there. The rest has worked flawlessly so far. I have comments for IMPACTSTRONG that I will email to you.
